The plights that our society face are created by greed and the infantilization of society in general.

Marketing, psychological manipulation, FOMO tactics, etc. These ALL stemmed from corporations trying to find ways to get people to go out and blow their money on stuff they don't need.

The government didn't do that, though I do agree that our politicians are now responsible because they haven't done anything to fix it.
