Sorry but the WMDs that Bush claimed to be looking for were never "found."

What they found, however, were weapons that the US (and other nations) helped them produce when Iraq was at war with Iran. Yeah, you heard right - the US helped them produce those chemical munitions.

But they weren't "weapons of mass destruction" as you have claimed. They were military munitions that were used regularly when they were created.

In fact, similar caches of similar chemical weapons were found in the US that had been produced in 1918, and they found thousands of chemical weapons in Europe that had also been lost.

This was a similar case with the munitions found in 2012 - most of it was not fully operational, the cache was not a known cache by Saddam, and none of it was purposely hidden from anyone.

Furthermore, Bush claimed Iraq was CURRENTLY making WMDs and that they were a current threat to the world.

That is false.

So, yes, our military men and women died completely in vain, for a failed cause, for a corporate war, and the militaristic mindset of a country that has been in war for all but 13 years of its existence, were fooled into being mercenaries for big monied interest.

I realize no one wants to acknowledge that their role in a war was totally unnecessary, and in fact, created far more problems than it solved, but those are the facts.

Whatever issues you have had post-war is a tragedy and is not your fault. But to propagandize what happened to justify your own role does nothing to prevent this from continuing to happen.
